The Gates of Horn and Ivory

Two Gates the silent House of Sleep adorn; Of polish'd Iv'ry this, that of transparent Horn:
True Visions thro' transparent Horn arise; Thro' polish'd Iv'ry pass deluding Lies.

What happened to this forum, anyway? It now only has three threads people post in, and no one ever makes any new ones.

It's hard to keep track of more than 3 conversations at once maybe?

I like almond butter. Never had cashew butter. Where do you buy it?

    What's Nutella?

I don't know where you buy cashew butter, as my dad got it and it just showed up on my counter one day. Wherever it was, he also said they had almond butter, but it was about ten bucks a jar, and that just wasn't happening.

Nutella is chocolatey nut butter. They tend to use it instead of peanut butter.

I could see how that's good (Reese's cups), but I don't think I'd want chocolate in with everything I eat with peanut butter.

$10 bucks a jar for something so scrumptious is not bad. But one would want to be frugal with it.

Same goes for Johnny Walker blue label. *nods* Take my tumbler and back on the shelf it goes, probably until Kinder's wedding.

Nutella is a choco-hazelnut spread. I love hazelnuts, but eating a Ferrero Rocher is better than eating Nutella.

Cashew and almond butter? By that do you mean butter mixed with nuts, or butter made from the oil from the nuts?

It's a paste made from ground cashews or almonds. You know, like peanut butter, but with different nuts.

Oh. I call those things almond paste.

Almond paste is soooooooooo good. The best way to process it is.... by making a tart! I'm not kidding. Instead of using custard, fill your tart with almond paste and then top it with apricots. The taste is soooo heavenly. *_*

    Ferrero rocher *drools*

My mum bought me a large stack of Kit-Kat today, I'll have to bring them to work and share with my workmates to avoid eating it all myself. -w-

Haha you're still constant with that diet. I wouldn't have the determination, especially if good food is lying around. n_n

It's not dietting; it's sensibility. d: I'm allowed to eat tasty food, but I still have to maintain my weight!
