I just feasted on a hotdog in celebration... but I ate the bun. Am I going to hell?
Not likely. Now if you forgot to put chili on it...
I remembered the chili so I think I'm safe!
Why would you go to hell for a hotdog.
In a handbasket?
What did you celebrate anyway?
I celebrated finding Eris under a rock in my back yard, she scared the shit out of me!
BTW, I was just looking through the Lunarium... I'm so frakkin' embarrassed to see how idiotic I was back then! How did you guys ever tolerate me?
I wub you thats how. But seriously, you were fun to talk to.
Haha I wub you too. But I was getting irritated just reading my own posts. Then again I'll probably do it in another 7 years if the board's still up (which it better be!)
If the board is not up and active I will archive it somehow. Space on the net is not an issue. There has to be some place to preserve the purple and gold.
If this place closed I may never post at another board again... Wait, this is the only board I still post at. So yeah.
Yeah I know, but I don't intend to let it go the way of a museum quite yet. I have a few more things yet to say. :b No, seriously though.
lol... Our grandkids may be reading this one day going "WTF is a page capture?" And oh yes Uma, I mean OUR grandkids. wow I still have my own icon, who knew?
Yeah, see you really are tripping through memory lane here. But I won't have grandkids since Josef and I are not having children, nor are we adopting.
Well nothing wrong with that. I'm not sure if I'll ever have kids either, I was just throwing that out there.
Stuff like this is interesting because I wonder how evolution can explain how some people don't want offspring. :3 I wonder what breakthrough science comes up with next.
Consciousness defeats all.
Well, the selfish gene theory says that our genes make us perpetuate the genes, as we are just vessels to do the genes' bidding. In other words, we are programmed to protect our genes or pass them. Even our consciousness is affected by instincts (genes).
Many things go against this, such as adoption and not wanting to have children.
Things are changing. People are overriding biological imperatives. We are in the process of changing and while we undergo it we will hardly recognize the process.
