Nice, looks good!
My mom is graduating from jr. college today, so I figured I'd bust out the makeup stash:
Awww very pretty, you have great eyes and I love the lip color!
Found an old high school pic of mine!
omg look at that beautiful hair!
I dyed my hair purple!
Didn't want to revive the "Christmas" thread, so decided to continue the chatter here. Family was the last topic and wanted to share a photo of the men in my life.
It's horrible, but I never have any photo's of me, guess that's the disadvantage of being the photographer most of the time?
*gasp* oooohhhh Jode! Those have to be the 3 handsomest faces I have seen in a long time. Hehehe, I can tell they are little bundles of energy!!!! How do you keep control *grins and bows to you* ....oh and I Love the missing tooth on the middle one! So cute!
Entervixen you are so full of surprises...you just OWN that color! Nice job! Got some roots now I bet though, eh? hehe!!
Thanks, I'm mostly glad the weather is getting better and that we have a garden. Burning of energy is a must every day, for them. I'm still lazy.
The middle one is actualy my eldest who lost that particular tooth at age 2,5, when he was dreaming & walking down the steps next to our house. That's no good combination. Steps, dreaming & teeth. He's 5,5 now, so I think we're finally getting close to seeing a new one. Though that'll be weird too.
The other one's 3,5, little one is 9 months. Just started crawling last week, love the determination in his face when he crawls towards a toy, with stiff arms.
It's funny how different they are, already. It's not always easy, but it is a joy to get to know them. And a challenge to turn them into decent young men. There are already enough ass...es in this world and I preferably do no want to add more. >.<
Hah, I thought that I answered this already. Weird. I read it last week and never replied and my computer had to be rebooted is what happened. Well your kiddos are very cute indeed. I guess you are right, it is a joy to get to know them, I had not thought of it that way. And what a responsibility too. I am sure you will do great.
Also, you still go to Gaia, right?
Look at those handsome faces! And yeah I get you on not being in any photographs. I've learned to take self-esteem with bug just to get the two of us together.
Thanks! I actually re-dyed it just recently, to a more blueish purple. Lemme see if I can dig up a picture:
Thanks! I just redyed it a couple weeks ago. It's now a much more bluish purple:
oh that is really pretty, you are lucky you can get your hair so light!
Thanks! Yeah I'm really surprised too.
@ Uma: Yes, I sorta went back to Gaia in January. They had another game, Lake Kindred which I played for a bit, but it doesn't really have much to it, so to be honest, I'm already bored with it. They also revived zOMG, so I finished some quests. Stuck on a bigger quest now though, which I cannot solo and I didn't feel like shouting out for help yet.
I must say that so far I did run into quite a lot of friendly people. Many are excited that the site is actually being worked on with the return of Lanzer, though I do have the feeling that it still needs a lot of work behind the scenes... Also, there are some topics marked as "hot topics" and one forum is rarely used, just stuffed with spammy threads. I already reported those, PMed some mods, but nothing happens for 2 months already... My hands are itching... D:
@ Vixen: Love your hair. I dyed my hair a long time ago, I loved copper at that time. Though afterwards, I didn't see a thing. Then, I picked a dark brown, no result either. After that I gave up. I'm just lazy hair-wise. x3
And to stay on topic, I finally do have a photo. xD I went to the Netherlands last weekend (just me, with the 3 boys, went surprisingly well, apart from the last 10 minutes on the plane back home, when the middle one HAD to sit down and fasten his seatbelt... Poop, the end.) for my grans birthday. Anyway, the point, I had the great plan 2 months ago to ask all grans grandchildren and their kids (great-grandchildren?) to make something personal for grandma, a personal message/memory and a photo. They all agreed, I just almost forgot and had to make a last-minute selfie. I do have a photo now, just noticed that it wasn't as sharp as the camera made it seem. Ah well.
Behold the not so sharp view of me. xD
Gran did seem to like the book a lot and I must say I also loved the outcome. Every single one was very different, but still cute. Some found old photo's and made a collage with memories (everyone seemed to remember the sleepover parties best!), a lot of drawings, art, stories. All different. And, thanks to Facebook groups I was able to reach everyone, so that's one thing FB is good for.
Thanks! My hair takes bleach and dye really well, so I'm lucky. Though the last time I did black it was supposed to be permanent but washed out. So that was odd.
So Jode, you are darling! So cute and I love your wonderful smile! I love your idea about a personal memento for your Gran and am so glad we get to see your selfie too! Your Gran must have been very happy.
As for Gaia, I could go back there I guess. If I could remember my pwd, haha! Idk, should I? What would I do there? and it is not 3D....I am used to walking around inside my social media and having the ability to dress how ever I want, be a fairy or a anime girl or whatever I can think of. But I did click on the Gaia page I just did not log in, it totally looks like the Gaia I remember! xD
Perhaps the color just slides off your hair? I've been trying to find inexpensive plant based hair products. I found some at phyto.com but they are kind of expensive and I am stumped for more product lines, know of any?
It used to not, but something must have changed since I last permanently dyed my hair. And no, but I haven't looked into it. I can ask my sister though, she might know.
